1. Taxi

(Starting from July 1^st, 2024)

* Passenger services are provided from the first flight to the final flight of the day, including weekends, holidays, and Tet (Vietnamese New Year).

Taxis serving passengers must meet certain operational conditions: The vehicles used must have spacious trunks, be equipped with convenient devices for passengers for payment, have functioning meters that are still within their calibration period, and have intact seals to ensure accurate fare calculation. Additionally, the fare calculation software must comply with legal regulations on electronic transactions. The vehicles must also be clean and ensure technical safety when put into service for passenger transportation. A hotline for complaints about the service must be prominently displayed for easy visibility by customers.

Taxi companies are not allowed to have exclusive rights to transport passengers to the airport, nor are they permitted to wait and pick up passengers returning at the car parks and parking areas of the airport.

 Service is provided for all flights of the days including weekends and holidays.
