The Customer Satisfaction Committee (CS) was established on May 2, 2013, with Ms. Nguyễn Thị Kim Ngân, Deputy Director of Noi Bai International Airport, serving as Chairwoman. Members of the CS Committee include senior leaders responsible for passenger service quality at the airport’s affiliated units.

2. Mandate of the Committee

  • To study and propose directions, action plans, and solutions to address issues related to passenger service quality at Noi Bai International Airport.

  • To lead and organize the implementation of specific action programs aimed at enhancing passenger service quality at Noi Bai International Airport.
