1. Baggage lost during the flight
If passengers do not receive their baggage, or if their baggage shows unusual signs such as tearing, breakage, damaged locks, or suspected tampering, they are advised to immediately report the matter to the airline representative or the ground handling service provider for assistance.
The baggage claim support counters are located at:
- Domestic Arrivals restricted area, Level 1, Wings A and C – Terminal T1 (Domestic Passenger Terminal): 4 counters
(Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet Air and Bamboo Airways)
- Domestic Arrivals restricted area, Level 1, Hall E – Terminal T1 (Domestic Passenger Terminal): 4 counters

- International Arrivals restricted area, Level 1, East Wing – Terminal T2 (International Passenger Terminal): 1 counter

2. Baggage lost within the terminal
For assistance in locating baggage left behind at Noi Bai International Airport within 24 hours from the time it was misplaced, passengers are kindly requested to contact the hotline at 024 3584 2627.
After 24 hours, passengers may contact the Lost and Found Office of Noi Bai International Airport via hotline 0983 774 546, look up information at bags.noibaiairport.vn, or use the iNIA mobile application on their smartphones. Passengers may also send an email to taisanboquen@gmail.com or contact the airlines’ Lost and Found counters for further assistance.
