1. International to international transfer:

Noi Bai International Airport consists of two terminals: Terminal 1 for domestic flights and Terminal 2 for international flights. If you transfer for international flights within T2 Terminal, please follow these steps:

* Go to the International Transfer Flight Counter

Passengers should follow the signs to the airside area for international transfer passengers.
There are six transfer counters located in the central area on Floor 2, before the immigration area.

Without going through immigration, passengers take the escalator from Floor 2 to Floor 3, entering the hall in front of the security checkpoint for passengers and carry-on luggage.

Continue following the procedures applicable to international passengers.

* Get ready to board the plane

Check your boarding gate number and follow the signs to reach the departure gate.

2. International to Domestic transfer

For passengers transferring from an international flight to a domestic flight, after clearing customs and retrieving their luggage at the International Terminal (T2), passengers must proceed to the Domestic Terminal (T1) to check in for their domestic flight.

After exiting the international arrival corridor, passengers should take the free shuttle bus to the Domestic Terminal (T1).

Upon arrival at the Domestic Terminal (T1), go to the airline transfer counter to recheck your luggage.

3. Domestic to International Transfer

For passengers transferring from a domestic flight to an international flight, after clearing procedures and retrieving their luggage at the Domestic Terminal (T1), passengers must proceed to the International Terminal (T2) to check in for their international flight.

After exiting the domestic arrival corridor, passengers should take the free shuttle bus to the International Terminal (T2).

Upon arrival at the International Terminal (T2), go to the airline transfer counter to recheck your luggage and complete the relevant procedures.

To travel between Passenger Terminals T1 and T2, passengers may use the free shuttle bus service:

• Service hours: From 05:00 AM to 01:00 AM the following day

• Frequency:

  • From 07:00 AM to 11:00 PM: Two buses operate at a frequency of one trip every 15 minutes

  • During the remaining hours: One bus operates at a frequency of one trip every 20 minutes

• Bus operation schedule:

  • Bus No. 1: From 05:00 AM to 11:00 PM

  • Bus No. 2: From 07:00 AM to 01:15 AM the following day

• Pick-up locations:

  • Terminal T1: Floor 1 (Hall A)

  • Terminal T2: Floor 1 (Lane 2, at poles 11 and 12)
