On June 5th, Noi Bai International Airport chaired a conference to unify the direction to improve passenger service quality with the aim of achieving the Skytrax 4-star standard.

The representatives of the leadership from all the participating units attended the conference.

At the conference, the delegates were delighted with the achievements of Noi Bai International Airport in the first 6 months of the year: being ranked in the Top 100 best airports in the world for the 6th time based on direct passenger evaluation; receiving high recognition from domestic and international organizations; providing good service during peak holiday periods, major political events in the country.

Mr. To Tu Ha expressed his deep gratitude to the Airport Border Gate Police at Noi Bai International Airport and the Customs Branch at Noi Bai International Airport for their coordination in ensuring quality service for passengers at the Airport. Mr. Ha joyfully stated: "After the difficulties of the Covid-19 pandemic, Noi Bai International Airport has once again unexpectedly ranked 6th among the best airports in the world according to the Skytrax evaluation; At the same time, the Airport was chosen as the point of assessment for ICAO and achieved a remarkably high score compared to the previous assessment. This is not only a joy for Noi Bai but also the prestige of Vietnam's aviation, of the country..." Mr. Ha hopes that the units operating in the Noi Bai common house will continue to accompany, stand by, and determinedly continue to improve service quality, enhance the position and reputation of the capital's gateway airport.

At the Meeting, the Director of Noi Bai International Airport, on behalf of Airports Corporation of Vietnam JSC, presented Certificates of Merit to commend the collective achievements of the Airport Border Gate Police at Noi Bai International Airport and the Customs Branch at Noi Bai International Airport.

The representatives of the leadership of the 3 units signed the working minutes.

Notably, within the framework of the Conference, a signing ceremony for the minutes of the working session was held, with the consensus on the direction and orientation to improve passenger service quality, aiming for the 4-star service quality at Noi Bai International Airport as per the Skytrax standard. This included a commitment to implement appropriate solutions to further enhance passenger service quality at the Airport, and the establishment of a joint task force to coordinate actions to improve passenger service quality.

The consensus reached by the top leaders of the three units, as well as the establishment of the joint task force, will serve as a foundation for more coordinated and effective cooperation between Noi Bai International Airport and the two units, contributing to improving the service quality at the Airport in the coming time.
