On the 19th and 20th of March 2024, Noi Bai International Airport organized the 2024 Sports Festival to celebrate the 47th anniversary of the establishment of Noi Bai International Airport and to aim towards the Sports Festival of the Vietnam Airport Corporation.

The NIA 2024 Sports Festival took place over 2 days from the 19th to the 20th of March 2024 with the participation of over 150 athletes from units under Noi Bai International Airport. The athletes were divided into 7 sports teams competing in 4 disciplines: volleyball, tennis, badminton, and table tennis at Soc Son Sports Arena. The teams not only showed teamwork and perseverance but also delivered exciting and dramatic matches, attracting the attention of many workers.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Ms. Trinh Thi Lien Huong - Head of the Sports Festival Organizing Committee emphasized that in this year's NIA Sports Festival, the athletes gave their all, shone in every match, contributing to the success of the event and leaving a positive impression. The NIA 2024 Sports Festival was an opportunity for athletes to surpass themselves, compete for the pride of their team, and provide spectators with beautiful and intense sporting moments. At the closing ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded 36 prizes including First, Second, and Third place for all 4 disciplines.

The NIA 2024 Sports Festival has officially concluded with a resounding success, spreading many positive effects and fostering a spirit of unity among units within the NIA. The sports festival provided an opportunity for workers to meet, interact, and exchange experiences in sporting activities, creating a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere to continue working diligently and contribute excellently to the production and business tasks of the units.
