1. For inflight lost luggage on flights:

Lost luggage or unusual observations such as tear, breakage, cracking ... must be informed to Airlines representative or ground handling agent;

At the Domestic passenger terminal (T1):

Domestic arrival hall, 1^st floor, Hall A: 2 counters

Domestic arrival hall, 1^st floor, Hall B: 2 counters

Domestic arrival hall, 1^st floor, Hall E: 2 counters

At the international passenger terminal (T2):

International arrival hall, 1^st floor, East end: 2 counters

International arrival hall, 1^st floor, West end : 2 counters

Such information shall also be informed to Airport Security on duty in that area or to security Hotline at Noi Bai International Airport at: 0435842627.

2. For lost luggage in the public areas of the terminal: 
Lost luggage in public areas of the Terminal shall be informed to Airport Security on duty in that area or to security Hotline at Noi Bai International  Airport at: (+84) 4.3584.2627 or Noi Bai Police Station at: (+84) 4.3884.3241.
