SECURITY CAMERA MONITORING TEAM SUCCESSFULLY ASSISTS IN LOCATING WALLET CONTAINING 53 MILLION DONG

On the afternoon of April 21st, Mr. Tr. T.K, a passenger processing for flight VN1804 from Hanoi to Dien Bien, was in distress as he couldn't find his wallet containing important documents and all the money he carried for the flight...

"When the plane landed, I hurriedly searched through the website of Noi Bai International Airport at https://noibaiairport.vn/ and quickly called the hotline of the Noi Bai Airport Security Control Center," Mr. K recounted.

"At that moment, a man named Nghia took the call and reassured me, asking for details of the incident. Just 10-15 minutes later, he reported back that the Noi Bai Airport Security Control Center had found and secured the wallet. That's when I breathed a sigh of relief," Mr. Tr. T.K shared, adding that the security personnel had meticulously guided him on the procedures for retrieval.

From the perspective of the Noi Bai Airport Security Control Center personnel, upon receiving the call from the passenger, Mr. Tran Manh Nghia, a staff member of the Security Camera Monitoring Team, Mobile Security Team, Noi Bai Airport Security Control Center, swiftly cordoned off the area and coordinated with the Internal Security Team of the domestic terminal to search. They quickly found the forgotten wallet at the check-in counter, conducted checks, documented the process, and handed it over to the team.

The wallet contained 53,756,000 Vietnamese dong and numerous important personal documents, bank cards, etc., belonging to Mr. Tr.T.K.

The wallet will be returned to Mr. Tr. T.K. when he returns from Dien Bien to Hanoi on April 22nd.
