Elevating the quality of passenger service is a vital and ever-prioritized issue at Noi Bai International Airport. To facilitate the care of infants during long-distance flights with their loved ones, the airport has arranged 02 baby care rooms in the international departure lounge on the 3rd floor, East Wing, West Terminal of the International Passenger Terminal T2 (gate 28 and gate 31). These rooms are fully equipped with essential facilities, including handwashing faucets, trash bins, cribs, changing tables, and FIDs screens.

Additionally, in the international isolation departure lounge on the 3rd floor (gate 33) and the 4th floor domestic isolation departure lounge, a play area for children has been set up to serve young passengers during their waiting time before boarding.
