On the morning of February 28, 2024, Noi Bai International Airport organized the Labor Conference and signed the competitive agreement for the year 2024.

The conference was attended by Mr. Lai Xuan Thanh - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Le Kha Truong - Chairman of the Labor Union of the Airports Corporation of Vietnam, the leadership board, and over 100 delegates representing more than 2,700 workers of Noi Bai International Airport.

In his directing speech at the conference, Mr. Lai Xuan Thanh acknowledged and praised the achievements of all employees of Noi Bai International Airport. At the same time, he expressed confidence in the efforts and determination of Noi Bai International Airport - one of the pioneering units of ACV in successfully achieving the set goals in the coming time.

At the conference, delegates heard reports on the implementation of labor policies in 2023, the results of business operations in 2023, highlighting strong growth in aircraft takeoffs and landings and international passenger numbers compared to 2022. Projects in construction and investment ensured progress, security, aviation safety, and order were well maintained at the port. The quality of passenger and cargo services continued to improve, and the material and spiritual lives of workers made good progress compared to 2022.

The conference addressed the feedback from workers compiled from the Labor Conference of affiliated units of the Port; passed a resolution to send a proposal to amend one article in the labor regulations to the ACV Labor Conference; and elected 25 delegates to attend the 2024 Vietnam Airports Corporation Labor Conference.
