On the morning of 19 July 2025, the children of staff members from Noi Bai International Airport gathered at the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology for a day filled with cultural discovery, nonstop fun, and delightful gifts.

Organised by the Youth Union Executive Committee of Noi Bai International Airport, the 2025 Summer Activity Program offered a safe, enriching playground for the sons and daughters of the airport’s employees. The event nurtured patriotism, teamwork, and life skills in the youngsters while reassuring parents to focus on their duties.

Excitement ran high as the children explored three signature areas of the museum—the Bronze Drum Building, the Kite Building, and the Outdoor Architectural Garden—gaining insights into the diverse history and cultures of Vietnam’s ethnic groups and marveling at traditional architectural styles.

Beyond the guided tour, participants immersed themselves in a vibrant line‑up of experiences: playing folk games such as walking on stilts, “Ô Ăn Quan” (Mandarin Square), blindfold drum‑hitting, creating Đông Hồ folk paintings, sculpting toy figurines (tò he), and weaving coconut‑leaf crafts. Team‑building activities further strengthened camaraderie, while practical workshops on first‑aid and fire‑safety sparked keen interest among many children. Everyone went home with small but encouraging souvenirs—mementos of a memorable summer day.

The program enjoyed enthusiastic support from Youth Union volunteers across airport units. Their signature blue shirts, patient guidance, and attentive care left a positive impression, ensuring the event ran safely, orderly, and seamlessly.

The 2025 summer journey breathed a refreshing “cool breeze” into the spiritual life of the Noi Bai family. Laughter‑filled festivals, creative games, and life‑skills classes transformed the event into a safe and rewarding “kingdom of childhood,” where youngsters could freely explore, forge friendships, and collect the purest summer memories. Parents beamed at their children’s eager eyes, and Noi Bai International Airport took pride in fostering family bonds and spreading the culture of “connection and care” throughout its extended airport community.
