What documents are needed for collection?

To ensure items are returned to the rightful owner, please prepare: ID documents (Citizen ID/Passport); Flight information and the area where the item was left; Proof of ownership: photos of the item, purchase receipt, or an accurate description of specific characteristics and details of the item.
