On the morning of November 25, 2025, at Meeting Room No. 2 - Airport Administration Building, Noi Bai International Airport and the University of Languages and International Studies - Vietnam National University, Hanoi (ULIS-VNU) held a signing ceremony for a Cooperation Agreement on organizing an internship program between ULIS-VNU students and Noi Bai International Airport.

Attending the ceremony, representing Noi Bai International Airport were Mr. To Tu Ha - Airport Director; Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan - Deputy Airport Director; Mr. Mai Hong Hiep - Deputy Airport Director; Ms. Trinh Thi Lien Huong - Trade Union President, along with all representatives of the Airport's affiliated units.

Representing ULIS-VNU, the delegation included Mr. Nguyen Xuan Long - President; Ms. Ha Le Kim Anh - Vice President; Mr. Hoa Ngoc Son - Vice President, along with staff from departments and divisions, and students participating in the internship program.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. To Tu Ha - Director of Noi Bai International Airport, affirmed that the cooperation between the Airport and ULIS-VNU holds practical significance in connecting the university with the real professional environment. He emphasized:

"Noi Bai International Airport has always considered high-quality human resources as a key factor in our development strategy. This cooperation agreement opens up opportunities for ULIS-VNU students to participate in internships and gain hands-on experience in positions involving international communication, such as passenger handling support, customer service, information assistance at the passenger terminal, and more. Through this, students can enhance their professional skills and deepen their understanding of the civil aviation sector, while effectively applying these experiences to their future careers."

Mr. To Tu Ha also stated that the Airport will create favorable conditions to provide students with an internship environment that helps them develop communication skills, situation-handling capabilities, and professional conduct. He extended his gratitude to the university for their partnership and expressed his expectation that the internship program will be effectively organized, contributing to the development of future human resources for the aviation industry.

Following the remarks of Noi Bai International Airport's leadership, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Long - President of ULIS, highly appreciated the Airport's collaboration in creating truly meaningful internship opportunities for ULIS students. He shared:

"Corporate internship programs are one of the key elements that help ULIS students refine their professional skills and enhance their foreign language competence in an international environment. We deeply appreciate Noi Bai International Airport's partnership in providing practical experience opportunities at one of the busiest airports in the country."

The Cooperation Agreement between Noi Bai International Airport and ULIS-VNU focuses on the following main contents:

- Creating a practical training and internship environment for ULIS-VNU students: Noi Bai International Airport will provide opportunities for ULIS-VNU students to participate in practical training and internships in positions involving international communication, such as passenger handling support, customer service, information assistance at the passenger terminal, and more.

- Coordinating career orientation and practical experience programs: Organizing career experience programs, career fairs, thematic seminars, and site visits at Noi Bai International Airport.

- Collaborating on training and enhancing foreign language competency for staff and employees of Noi Bai International Airport: ULIS-VNU will develop and organize foreign language training programs (English, Chinese, etc.) for staff and employees in accordance with Noi Bai International Airport's requirements.

- Collaborating on soft skills and cross-cultural communication training: Implementing training programs on communication skills, international passenger service skills, situation-handling skills, and professional conduct in the airport work environment.

- Collaborating on research and knowledge transfer: Encouraging research activities, academic exchanges, thematic conferences, and the transfer of applied solutions in language, technology, and communication within the civil aviation sector and international passenger services.

- Other activities aligned with functions, responsibilities, and development orientations.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, representatives from both parties officially signed the Cooperation Agreement, marking an important step forward in coordinating the internship program for ULIS-VNU students at Noi Bai International Airport, while establishing a solid foundation for a long-term, effective partnership between the university and the Airport.
