Since December 2025, at Terminal 2 - Noi Bai International Airport, the image of dedicated "Orange Ambassadors" assisting passengers has become familiar and left many positive impressions.

Recently, at the immigration isolation area on the 1st floor, Ms. Vu Thi Minh Huyen - an Orange Ambassador of Noi Bai International Airport promptly helped a Vietnamese mother and child on a flight from Qatar recover an important lost carry-on suitcase.

According to the account, the mother was extremely worried because the small suitcase contained all the daily medication for her baby, who was less than 1 year old and suffering from allergies and itchy rashes. Previously, security forces had assisted in the search but without results due to the large number of passengers in the terminal at that time.

Recognizing how crucial the suitcase was for the baby's health condition, Ms. Huyen immediately searched throughout the terminal based on the description provided by the passenger. She proactively checked the flight information, searched along the walkways, restrooms, and simultaneously coordinated with airline representatives to search on the aircraft.

With practical experience in passenger assistance, the "Orange Ambassador" astutely reasoned that passengers with small children are usually given priority for separate immigration procedures. And finally, the small blue suitcase was found still sitting neatly at a corner pillar, not mistakenly taken by anyone.

Upon receiving her luggage back, the mother was deeply moved and expressed her sincere gratitude.

Ms. Huyen's timely and responsible actions as an Orange Ambassador not only helped the passenger overcome a difficult situation but also contributed to spreading the beautiful image of Noi Bai International Airport: professional - dedicated - passenger-centric service.
