On the morning of January 23, 2026, Noi Bai International Airport successfully held the 2026 Workers' Conference. With the participation of 99 delegates representing over 2,600 staff members, the conference not only reviewed the remarkable achievements of 2025 but also served as a platform to spread the determination to "transform" thinking and mindset, aiming towards new record-breaking goals.

2025: Milestones of Breakthrough and International Advancement

2025 is considered a pivotal year in history, marking the impressive recovery and growth of Noi Bai International Airport in the context of Vietnam's positive economic growth. The conference report showed that the Airport excellently fulfilled its production and business targets, with air transport volume indicators meeting and exceeding the set plans, increasing compared to the same period.

Notably, 2025 marked an important milestone in service quality when Noi Bai International Airport was ranked 79th in Skytrax's Top 100 Best Airports in the World, rising 17 places compared to 2024. Infrastructure was also comprehensively upgraded with the expanded Terminal 2 (T2) put into operation on schedule, raising service capacity to 15 million passengers per year.

Strategic Direction: Transparent Management and Technology Mastery

Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Le Kha Truong - Trade Union President of Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) acknowledged and commended the outstanding efforts of Noi Bai's workforce.

Emphasizing the key tasks for 2026, Mr. Le Kha Truong requested that the Airport continue to closely coordinate with the Police force to ensure absolute aviation security. At the same time, the Airport needs to focus on building a professional service culture and enhancing management capacity according to OECD standards, reviewing management processes to ensure transparency. ACV's leadership also particularly noted the need to accelerate digital transformation, encouraging employees to proactively study to master technology, while taking good care of the material and spiritual lives of workers.

Absorbing the directive opinions, Mr. To Tu Ha - Director of Noi Bai International Airport affirmed that change must not only lie in policies but must start from each individual employee.

In his passionate address, the Airport Director emphasized the core message for 2026: Strong mindset transformation with the highest goal of elevating Noi Bai International Airport to achieve 4-star airport status according to Skytrax criteria in 2026. To accomplish this, the Airport will focus all efforts on Digital Transformation and Green Transformation, while strongly promoting the spirit of dedicated and professional "service providers" among all employees.

Signing Emulation Commitments: Towards the 50th Anniversary

In an atmosphere of excitement and high determination, representatives of the Board of Directors and the Airport Trade Union Executive Committee conducted the ceremony to sign the 2026 Emulation Commitment. The commitment demonstrates Noi Bai's collective unity with specific objectives:
