On November 15, 2024, Noi Bai International Airport held a ceremony to celebrate Vietnamese Teachers' Day. Attending the event were Mr. To Tu Ha Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of Noi Bai International Airport; Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, Party Committee Member and Deputy Director; Mr. Mai Hong Hiep Deputy Director; heads of affiliated units, all officials and training management staff of Noi Bai Training Center, as well as the teaching staff of Noi Bai International Airport and other northern airports.
Ms. Trinh Thi Lien Huong, Director of Noi Bai Training Center, opened the ceremony, emphasizing the continuation of Vietnam's tradition of "respecting teachers and valuing education" and honoring the significant contributions of 142 teachers at Noi Bai International Airport.

At the ceremony, Mr. To Tu Ha congratulated Noi Bai's teaching staff for their substantial contributions to the airport's development over the past 12 years, characterized by rapid and sustainable growth in workforce size, revenue, and productivity. He tasked the teaching staff with inspiring employees to stay committed to their work, ensuring they are capable of fulfilling their assigned duties, and continually improving their skills and knowledge.

Ms. Pham Thi Thuy Duong, Head of the Human Resources Department, announced Decision No. 7214/QĐ-CHKNB, dated November 14, 2024, by the Director of Noi Bai International Airport, regarding the recognition of individuals with outstanding achievements in training and education at the airport.

On behalf of the teaching staff at Noi Bai International Airport and other northern airports, Mr. Pham Duc Phu Quang, part-time instructor and engineer at the Airfield Operation and Maintenance Center, emphasized the continuous innovation, creativity, and application of new technologies in Vietnam's civil aviation industry. He highlighted advancements such as runway systems, signal lights, aprons, and equipment leveraging Industry 4.0 technologies. He stressed the need for teachers to adapt to new development trends, update lesson plans, enhance teaching skills, and align training programs more closely with real-world work requirements.
The Vietnamese Teachers' Day celebration on November 20, 2024, honored the significant contributions of Noi Bai International Airport's teaching staff over the past 12 years. It also served as a platform for training managers and educators to exchange experiences and enhance teaching quality, thereby improving the human resource capacity of the airport.
In the festive atmosphere of the event, the teaching staff and trainers of Noi Bai International Airport reaffirmed their commitment to contributing to training and education, building a comprehensive workforce, and making a substantial impact to meet the airport’s development goals by 2025, with a vision toward 2030, in alignment with the strategic development plan of Airports Corporation of Vietnam - JSC (ACV).
