On November 11th, Noi Bai International Airport received a commendation letter from a female passenger named T.T.B.H, which was sent through the website noibaiairport.vn. The letter contained the following passage: "The security team enthusiastically helped me find a watch that was picked up by someone from another flight, and they coordinated with the security team in Saigon to retrieve the watch for me. Once again, I sincerely thank the security team at Noi Bai for assisting me."

The domestic security X-ray team received a commendation letter from the passenger.
The story of helping the passenger retrieve the watch was recounted by Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, a staff member of the Security Surveillance Camera Team - Noi Bai International Airport's Aviation Security and Control Unit. On November 11th, he received information from Mr. Tran Duc Cuong, the Deputy Team Leader of the Internal Security X-ray Team, reporting that a female passenger named T.T.B.H, who was traveling on flight VN263 from HAN to SGN departing at 19:50 at Gate 4, had reported the loss of a yellow watch with a blue strap, VERSACE brand, at the Security X-ray Point in Zone C, 2nd Floor, Terminal 1 at 18:40 on the same day. Immediately, the Noi Bai Airport Aviation Security personnel initiated an investigation, extracting camera footage from various areas to trace the passenger's belongings. Through operational measures, it was determined that another male passenger was in possession of the watch. However, due to the considerable time gap between the passenger's report and the loss, the passenger had already boarded flight QH289 to HoChiMinh city. The Noi Bai Airport Aviation Security promptly coordinated with the Tan Son Nhat Airport Aviation Security to track down and return the mistakenly held property to passenger T.T.B.H.

Immediately, Mr. Viet checked the luggage tag and proceeded to hand over the abandoned property to the Lost and Found counter of Hanoi Ground Services Joint Stock Company (HGS) based on the passenger's flight. Approximately 1-2 hours later, a female passenger returned to the airport and encountered Mr. Viet, who returned the property intact. Upon receiving the entire forgotten belongings, passenger L.T.M.A expressed great joy and gratitude to Mr. Duong Quoc Viet for his assistance.
