DEPARTURE PROCEDURES FOR DOMESTIC PASSENGERS

Step 1: Public Departure Hall, Level 2 – Zones A, B, E – Terminal T1

Passengers proceed to the public departure hall on Level 2, Zones A, B, E, Terminal T1.

Step 2: Airline Check-in

Passengers complete airline check-in procedures at the designated check-in counters.

Step 3: Security Screening

After completing the check-in procedures, passengers proceed to the security screening area at Hall C or Hall E, depending on the assigned boarding gate for their respective flights.

Step 4: Enter the Sterile Waiting Lounge

After completing security screening, passengers enter the waiting lounge and proceed to the boarding gates.

Step 5: Boarding

Notes:

• For passengers who check in via self-service kiosks or online check-in:
  After completing the check-in procedures, passengers proceed directly to the security screening area at Hall C or Hall E, depending on the assigned boarding gate for their respective flights. After completing security screening, passengers enter the waiting lounge and proceed to the boarding gates.
• For passengers who check in via the VNeID application or biometric verification at the check-in counters:
  After completing the check-in procedures, passengers proceed directly through the autogates at the security screening areas in Hall C or Hall E, depending on the assigned boarding gate for their respective flights. After completing security screening, passengers enter the waiting lounge and proceed to the boarding gates.
