On March 12, Noi Bai International Airport (NIA) organized a workshop on sharing experiences in digital transformation within enterprises. The event was attended by the Airport Board of Directors,

Affiliated units, and guest representatives from Viettel Group and Vietnam Airlines (VNA).

This workshop provided a valuable opportunity for participants to exchange knowledge, learn about digital transformation trends, and explore practical applications within airport operations.
Over the course of more than three hours, the workshop offered a comprehensive overview of digital transformation and its practical benefits for the aviation industry. A representative from VNA shared insights into the company’s initial steps in digital transformation, providing attendees with a deeper and more practical understanding of implementing technology in management and operations.

The discussion sessions were particularly engaging, focusing on implementation roadmaps, overcoming challenges, and identifying specific steps to optimize operations through digital technology. Practical experiences shared by Viettel and VNA provided valuable lessons, helping Noi Bai International Airport’s units define suitable strategies aligned with their operational characteristics.
As one of the pioneers in applying information technology to enhance operational efficiency and passenger experience under the Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV), Noi Bai International Airport continues to seek innovative solutions. This workshop generated numerous ideas and strategic plans, laying the groundwork for affiliated units—particularly the Technical Technology and Environmental Department and the Noi Bai Terminal Operation Center—to advise the Board of Directors on an effective digital transformation strategy.
Following the workshop, the proposed directions and initiatives will be further researched and implemented, driving digital transformation at Noi Bai International Airport to new heights. This effort aims to improve service quality and operational efficiency in the near future.
