On the morning of March 9, 2026, at the Noi Bai International Airport Administration Building, the Youth Union of Noi Bai International Airport organized the Launch Ceremony of Youth Month 2026, combined with the signing of a coordination regulation among units within the Airport area and the promotion of aviation safety culture, while also implementing FOD (Foreign Object Debris) collection activities at the apron area to contribute to ensuring safe operations at the Airport.

The program took place with key activities including: launching Youth Month 2026; signing the coordination regulation among youth organizations within the Airport area; raising awareness of aviation safety culture, particularly the importance of preventing and eliminating FOD in the flight operations area.

Attending the program were representatives of youth organizations and union members from 15 units operating within the Airport area, including: the Youth Union of Noi Bai International Airport; the Youth Union of Noi Bai Commune; the Youth Union of Noi Bai Border Gate Police; the Youth Union of Northern Civil Aviation Authority; the Youth Union of Noi Bai Police Station; the Youth Union of Northern Air Traffic Management Company; along with youth union members from units operating at the Airport such as HGS, NAFSC, VAECO, NASCO, VIAGS, NCTS, SKYPEC, NCS, and ASOC.

Within the framework of the Launch Ceremony, participating units jointly signed the "2026 Activity Plan of the Noi Bai Area Inter-Unit Youth Organization," which includes the following key contents:

1. Organizing the Launch Ceremony of Youth Month 2026 — Celebrating the 95th Anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union on March 26;
2. Organizing the "2026 Aviation Safety Culture Promotion" program;
3. Organizing skills training programs for key Youth Union officials;
4. Organizing social and charitable activities in 2026 in Noi Bai Commune;
5. Organizing the Noi Bai Area Inter-Unit Youth Organization Football Tournament;
6. Activities on the occasion of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, July 27 — Participating in the "Lighting Candles of Gratitude" program in Noi Bai Commune;
7. Commitment to ensuring security and safety at Noi Bai International Airport:

• 100% of union members from all units commit to strictly complying with regulations and guidelines on security and safety at their respective units;
• Regularly carrying out voluntary reporting, exchanging and coordinating information on security and safety-related issues;
• Actively promoting communication, training, dissemination, and raising awareness of aviation safety culture within their respective agencies and units.

Comrade Nguyen Phi Hung — Specialist of the Safety and Quality Control Department, presented the content on aviation safety culture.

Also within the framework of the program, Comrade Nguyen Phi Hung — Specialist of the Safety and Quality Control Department, Noi Bai International Airport, presented the content on building and maintaining aviation safety culture in order to raise awareness and spread the sense of responsibility among all youth union members and employees.

Immediately after the launch ceremony, youth union members participated in FOD collection at the apron area of Noi Bai International Airport. The activity aimed to enhance the sense of responsibility among youth union members in maintaining a safe and clean operating environment, contributing to the prevention of risks affecting flight operations.

Comrade Truong Duc Tien Anh — Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of Vietnam Airports Corporation, Secretary of the Youth Union of Noi Bai International Airport, opened and launched the program.

Through the program, the youth of units within the Noi Bai International Airport area continue to promote the spirit of initiative and responsibility, joining hands to build a safe — professional — civilized working environment, contributing to ensuring absolute safety for operations at Noi Bai International Airport.
