The Appreciation Conference for Airport Workers was recently organized solemnly and warmly by Noi Bai International Airport at the airport headquarters, in order to express gratitude for the outstanding contributions of exemplary individuals and teams.
The joy continues as Noi Bai International Airport is one of the pioneering units that has successfully completed the key performance indicators set by the Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV), contributing significantly to the revenue of the entire ACV. At the same time, after the difficult period of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Airport has continued to be honored as one of the top 100 best airports in the world. Recently, Noi Bai International Airport has received high praise from domestic and international inspection teams. In particular, the results of the ICAO inspection team's assessment at Noi Bai International Airport scored over 83 points, raising the position and reputation of Noi Bai International Airport in particular and the Vietnamese aviation industry in general on the world airport map.
"These achievements are not self-evident, but rather the result of the dedicated efforts and contributions of over 2,700 Noi Bai International Airport employees. On behalf of the employers, we acknowledge, appreciate, and deeply thank all the workers," said Mr. To Tu Ha, Director of Noi Bai International Airport, with emotion.
Attending and speaking at the Conference, Mr. Pham Hoai Phuong - Chairman of the Transport Trade Union affirmed: "Noi Bai International Airport has maintained a beautiful cultural tradition by periodically organizing the Appreciation Conference for Workers during the Month of Workers..."
At the Workers' Conference, more than 150 delegates were honored on the stage. Many workers were moved to express their gratitude, as they felt that their small contributions were recognized, encouraged, and motivated.
"The dedicated spirit of the exemplary individuals in this Conference Hall today will continue to be spread to each unit and each worker who is still diligently serving the flight operations at the Airport," Mr. To Tu Ha expressed with confidence and hope.
The Conference honored: Collectives and individuals who received Certificates of Merit from the General Confederation of Labor and the Transport Trade Union in 2023; outstanding exemplary workers; outstanding exemplary female workers; collectives and individuals with achievements in ensuring occupational safety and hygiene, in fire prevention and fighting and emergency rescue, in ensuring the safety of port operations serving the ICAO inspection mission at the Port; exemplary workers in the "Good People - Good Deeds" movement; technical innovation initiatives recognized by the Northern Regional Science and Technology Council in 2023; and the NIA sports delegation that achieved high results at the ACV Sports Festival in 2024.
There are joys that only those directly involved can fully feel. The sincere words of gratitude will certainly touch the hearts of many workers, adding fuel to their enthusiasm and passion, so that they may continue to contribute their best efforts, and together build the second home - the airport - to make it ever more prosperous.
