Noi Bai International Airport – A subsidiary of the Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) – is seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:

1. Positions Available

• Aviation Security Officer
• Technical Engineer (IT System Administrator, Network System Administrator)
• Driver (C, D, E license).

1.1. Job Descriptions:

• Aviation Security Officer:
  • Inspect, monitor, and screen passengers, luggage, cargo, mail, catering, and other items before loading onto aircraft or entering restricted and isolated areas.
  • Maintain security and order in areas under Noi Bai International Airport’s jurisdiction.
• IT System Administrator, Network System Administrator:
  Manage IT and network systems.
• Driver:
  Operate vehicles and ground handling equipment belonging to Noi Bai International Airport.

2. General Requirements for All Positions

- Vietnamese citizenship.
- Clear background; good character with no criminal record; no drug addiction or use of banned substances; free of communicable diseases.
- Education level: High school diploma or higher.
- No physical disabilities affecting appearance, movement, or communication skills.

3. Specific Requirements for Each Position

3.1. Aviation Security Officer:
- Male or female, aged 18–30 (female candidates make up no more than 30% of security screening officers; only male candidates for security control officers).
- Health status: Categories 1, 2, or 3.
- Minimum height: Male 1.70m, Female 1.60m; BMI between 18.0–27.
- Vision (with glasses): 10/10 for both eyes; myopia/astigmatism/hyperopia not exceeding 2.0 diopters per eye; no color blindness.
- Good appearance; no visible tattoos when wearing the uniform (especially on the head, neck, arms, legs); clear speech without stuttering or lisping.
- English proficiency with one of the following valid certificates:
+ TOEIC Official Certificate: Minimum 450 points.
+ TOEFL: PBT 450, CBT 133, iBT 46.
+ IELTS: Minimum 4.5.
- Online or non-accredited certificates are not accepted.
- Military or police service completion preferred.

3.2. IT System Administrator, Network System Administrator:
- Male, aged 18–35.
- Health status: Categories 1, 2, or 3; no color blindness.
-Education: Bachelor’s degree (Good or higher) in IT, Computer Science, Information Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Data Communication from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, or Vietnam National University – University of Engineering and Technology.
- Certifications preferred:
+ Server Management: MCSA, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, VMware VCP, etc.
+ Database Management: OCA, OCP, Microsoft Certified Database Administrator.
+ Networking: CCNA, JNCIA, CCNP, etc.
+ Cybersecurity: CISSP, CEH, Security+.
- Minimum two years of experience in IT or network administration.
- English proficiency with one of the following valid certificates:
+ TOEIC Official Certificate: Minimum 500 points.
+ TOEFL: PBT 470, CBT 170, iBT 60, or ITP 500.
+ IELTS: Minimum 5.0.
- Online or non-accredited certificates are not accepted.

3.3. Driver:
- Male, aged 18–35.
- Health status: Categories 1, 2, or 3; uncorrected vision of 5/10 per eye; no color blindness.
- Valid C, D, or E driver’s license.
- English proficiency: Minimum TOEIC score of 300 points.

4. Application Requirements

- Original CV with photo certified by local authorities or employer (valid within three months of submission).
- Original judicial record certificate (Form No. 02, valid within three months).
- Certified copy of birth certificate.
- Certified copy of high school diploma (not required for university graduates).
- Certified copies of university diplomas (for engineers) or driver’s license (for drivers) per job requirements.
- Valid English certificates as specified above. Candidates without English certificates must provide them within three months of recruitment if:
+ Holding a degree in English (graduated within the last three years).
+ Graduated from English-speaking countries (minimum three years of study).
+ Certified copy of ID card or citizen ID.
+ Five recent 4x6 photos (within three months).
+ Job application form specifying the desired position.
