On the morning of October 30, the 4th Congress of the Noi Bai International Airport Trade Union for the 2025–2030 term was successfully convened. Under the spirit of “Solidarity – Innovation”, the Congress not only elected a new Executive Committee but also set strategic goals: to maintain the airport’s position among the World’s Top 100 Airports and strive for the 4-star Skytrax rating for its international terminal.

On the morning of October 30, 2025, the Trade Union of Noi Bai International Airport solemnly held its 4th Congress for the 2025–2030 term. The event marked an important political activity, demonstrating the will, aspirations, and solidarity of all trade union members and employees of the Airport.

The Congress was honored to welcome and receive guidance from Mr. Le Kha Truong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union of Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV), and Mr. To Tu Ha, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of Noi Bai International Airport.
The event was attended by 98 out of 100 officially convened delegates, representing the wisdom and dedication of trade union members across all departments and positions.

Delivering his directive speech at the Congress, Mr. To Tu Ha, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of Noi Bai International Airport, acknowledged and commended the collective efforts of all employees.
He emphasized the proud achievement of Noi Bai International Airport being ranked among the world’s Top 100 airports by Skytrax seven times.
He called on every individual to continuously innovate, enhance their sense of responsibility and service attitude, and strive for self-improvement — making every effort to maintain the Top 100 position, achieve a 4-star or higher Skytrax rating for the international terminal, and successfully implement digital and green transformation toward sustainable development.

On behalf of the upper-level Trade Union, Mr. Le Kha Truong, Chairman of the ACV Trade Union, warmly congratulated the Noi Bai International Airport Trade Union on its achievements during the past term.
He highly appreciated the Union’s role in taking care of employees’ welfare, protecting their legitimate rights and interests, organizing emulation movements, and recommending 88 outstanding members for Party admission consideration.
At the same time, he requested that the newly elected Executive Committee continue to innovate its activities and working methods, accelerate digital transformation, and raise employees’ awareness and service attitude to meet the requirements of the new period. 

Election of the New Executive Committee for the 2025 – 2030 Term

With a strong sense of democracy and responsibility, the Congress elected the 4th-term Executive Committee (2025 – 2030) of the Noi Bai International Airport Trade Union.
As a result, 12 qualified and reputable members were entrusted to serve on the new Executive Committee.
The Congress also elected a delegation of 17 official and 2 alternate delegates to attend the 4th Congress of the Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) Trade Union.

The success of the 4th Congress of the Noi Bai International Airport Trade Union has created new momentum and strong motivation, inspiring all officials, union members, and employees to remain united, creative, and dedicated in striving to fulfill the set objectives and contribute to the sustainable development of Noi Bai International Airport.
