On February 11, the 2025 Employee Conference and the 2025 National Emulation Congress were held at Noi Bai International Airport, with the participation of nearly 200 outstanding delegates representing 2,727 employees of the airport.
Mr. To Tu Ha, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of Noi Bai International Airport, attended and directed the conference. Notably, the event was also attended by Mr. Le Kha Truong, Chairman of the Trade Union of the Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV), along with the airport’s leadership and a large number of employees.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Le Kha Truong, Chairman of the Trade Union of ACV, acknowledged and praised the achievements of the entire Noi Bai International Airport workforce.
"Through the solidarity, unity, and relentless efforts of all employees, as well as the firm leadership of the airport’s management, Noi Bai International Airport has successfully fulfilled its assigned political tasks, surpassed many planned targets, and made significant contributions to the overall development of ACV," emphasized Mr. Le Kha Truong.

During the conference, delegates reviewed the 2024 business performance report and the 2025 business plan. Key highlights included a significant increase in international flight and passenger volume compared to 2023, the airport’s ranking among the world’s top 100 airports as recognized by Skytrax (ranked 96th, up 31 places from 2023), effective maintenance of aviation security and order, continuous improvement in passenger and cargo service quality, and enhancements in employees' material and spiritual well-being. Thanks to the timely and thorough guidance from ACV leadership and the dedicated efforts of the entire staff, Noi Bai International Airport successfully completed all business and operational tasks in 2024, ensuring absolute security and safety while significantly improving service quality.

The conference addressed employee feedback gathered from departmental meetings, elected a delegation of 25 representatives to attend ACV’s 2025 Employee Conference, and voted to adopt the draft resolution of the conference. This year also marked the establishment of the Noi Bai International Airport People’s Inspection Committee for the 2025-2026 term, comprising nine members.

On the same day, the 2025 National Emulation Congress was held, summarizing the airport’s emulation initiatives and recognizing exemplary individuals and teams. The congress set new emulation goals and launched the 2025-2030 patriotic emulation movement.
The congress witnessed enthusiastic participation and discussions from delegates, particularly two notable presentations from the Safety & Quality Control Department and the Noi Bai Terminal Operations Center. These presentations highlighted successfully implemented innovations that have significantly enhanced the airport’s operational efficiency and improved passenger service quality.
Additionally, the congress approved the list of delegates representing the airport at ACV’s 2025 National Emulation Congress and honored 24 outstanding departmental teams and 55 individuals for their exceptional achievements during the 2020-2024 period.

Within the framework of the conference, Mr. To Tu Ha, Director of Noi Bai International Airport, and Ms. Trinh Thi Lien Huong, Chairwoman of the airport’s grassroots trade union, called upon all employees to uphold the spirit of solidarity, resilience, intelligence, and creativity. They urged everyone to unite and strive to overcome challenges, committing to successfully fulfilling the assigned tasks for the 2025-2030 period, maintaining Noi Bai International Airport’s position as a leading unit in ACV’s emulation movement.

The successful organization of the 2025 Employee Conference and the 2025 National Emulation Congress at Noi Bai International Airport reaffirmed the spirit of unity, innovation, and determination to enhance service quality and ensure aviation safety. The achievements of 2024 serve as a crucial foundation for the airport’s continued sustainable development, aiming to become one of the leading airports in the region and contributing to the overall growth of ACV.
