Shenzhen Airlines has respectfully presented the Outstanding Support Award to Noi Bai International Airport in recognition of its professional coordination, strong sense of responsibility, and effective support in the operation of the airline’s flights in Vietnam.
Attending the award presentation ceremony, representing Shenzhen Airlines was Mr. SHEN JIANGPENG – Station Manager. Representing Noi Bai International Airport were Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan – Deputy Director of the Airport, along with leaders from the Noi Bai Airport Business Center and the Noi Bai Airport Operations Center.
The Outstanding Support Award was presented to the operations and ground service teams at Noi Bai, whose dedicated efforts have played a vital role in ensuring safety, punctuality, and service quality for every flight. Among the 73 stations currently operated by Shenzhen Airlines across its global network, Noi Bai Station is honored to be one of the selected units to receive this award.

In particular, during the period from August to October—when Shenzhen frequently experiences heavy rain and typhoon impacts—flights to and from Noi Bai were still coordinated seamlessly, ensuring safety and on-time performance. The airline’s corporate leadership highly commended the passenger service quality at Noi Bai; through evaluations conducted at multiple stations worldwide, Noi Bai has been recognized as one of the most outstanding stations in terms of service quality and operational efficiency.
