To provide passengers with a more convenient and comfortable journey, Noi Bai International Airport provides a range of free services and amenities at Domestic Passenger Terminal T1, Hall E and International Passenger Terminal T2. Below are some of the amenities that passengers can use while completing procedures, waiting for their flights or travelling through the Airport.
1. Free charging stations
Free charging stations are available at various locations throughout the terminals, enabling passengers to conveniently charge mobile phones and other electronic devices while waiting for their flights. At some locations, charging units are designed with multiple charging points and different types of charging ports to meet passengers’ needs.

2. Free drinking water
Free drinking water points are available at various locations throughout the terminals for passengers to use conveniently while waiting for their flights. At some locations, drinking water fountains are installed at different heights to support wheelchair users and passengers with reduced mobility.

3. Baby strollers
For families with young children, Noi Bai Airport provides baby strollers in sterile areas, helping families move around the terminals more conveniently.

Terminal T1: Sterile area, Level 2: 10 strollers
Hall E: Sterile area, Level 2: 05 strollers
Terminal T2: Sterile area, Level 2: 07 strollers; Sterile area, Level 3: 07 strollers
4. Baby care rooms
Baby care rooms provide a private and convenient space for families to care for young children while at the airport. In addition to dedicated rooms, baby changing tables are also provided in some terminal restrooms.

Terminal T2: Sterile area, Level 3: 02 rooms
In addition, baby changing tables are provided in restrooms throughout the terminals.
5. Shower rooms for passengers
Shower rooms allow passengers to take care of personal hygiene, change clothes and rest more comfortably, and are particularly useful for passengers with long waiting times or long connections.
Location:
Terminal T2: International departures sterile area, Level 2: 02 rooms (The Airport is currently working to put passenger shower facilities at Terminal T1 and Hall E into operation from December 2026)
6. Prayer room – Terminal T2
The prayer room is provided to meet passengers’ needs for prayer and quiet contemplation while waiting for their flights, while also showing respect for the cultural and religious diversity of international passengers.
The space is designed to be quiet and private; prayer areas for men and women are arranged separately.
Location:
Near Boarding Gate 37, Level 2, international departures sterile area – Terminal T2.
7. Free electric cart service at Terminal T2
The service gives priority to passengers who have difficulty moving, such as elderly passengers, passengers with reduced mobility, children, pregnant women and passengers who need to travel to boarding gates. The electric carts operate along the corridors of the East and West wings of Terminal T2.

Departures sterile area, Level 3, Terminal T2.
8. Free Wi-Fi
Passengers can use free Wi-Fi in passenger service areas at Terminals T1 and T2 via smartphones, tablets or laptops.
How to connect:
1. Select the network.
2. Access the login page displayed automatically.
3. Select “Connect to the Internet” to use the service.
Note:
Wi-Fi is available in seating areas and passenger service areas throughout the terminals.
9. Free shuttle bus
The connecting shuttle bus (NIA Shuttle Bus) supports passengers with free travel between Domestic Passenger Terminal T1 and International Passenger Terminal T2, making connections between the two terminals more convenient.

Terminal T1: Wing A, Level 1.
Terminal T2: Columns 18–19, Lane 1, Level 1.
10. Free baggage trolleys
Free baggage trolleys are provided in passenger service areas, helping passengers transport their baggage conveniently while completing procedures, collecting baggage and moving around the terminals.
Locations:
Terminal T1: Public area, Level 2 and baggage claim area, Level 1.
Terminal T2: Public area, Level 3 and baggage claim area, Level 1.
Passengers may follow the directional signage throughout the terminals or contact the Information Counters or “Here to help” passenger support staff when assistance is needed to locate the above amenities.
