In practical response to National Fire Prevention and Fighting Day (October 4), on the afternoon of September 30, 2026, Noi Bai International Airport held a workshop to assess and improve the effectiveness of legal communication and dissemination work on fire prevention, fighting, and rescue (PCCC & CNCH). The event drew 113 delegates, affirming the airport's strong commitment to complying with State safety regulations and ICAO international standards.

Resolving difficulties, shifting awareness
The workshop was chaired by Mr. Pham Tuan Anh, Deputy Director of Noi Bai International Airport. Attendees included representatives from key state management agencies and armed forces in the area, such as: the Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue Police Department of the Hanoi Police (PC07), the Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue Academy, the Border Guard Police, the Airport Police Station, Traffic Police Team No. 15, the Base Battalion of Division 371, and regional emergency response units (Soc Son, Dong Anh). The event also welcomed the participation of the Northern Airports Authority, the Northern Air Traffic Management Company, and businesses operating at the airport.
The core objective of the workshop was to candidly assess the work of communicating and disseminating fire prevention, fighting, and rescue laws over the past period. Through this, the forum created an opportunity for units to strengthen solidarity and resolve difficulties and shortcomings in fire-fighting and rescue coordination at the largest international aviation gateway in northern Vietnam. The expected outcome of the workshop is to bring about a substantive shift in the awareness and responsibility of each individual and unit in complying with State law and ICAO standards.
Many practical solutions from in-depth presentations
The central part of the workshop drew attention with highly directional presentations closely grounded in the airport's actual operations:
- Mr. Pham Quy Vu, Deputy Director of the Noi Bai Airport Operations Center, presented on innovating communication and legal dissemination work and emergency response coordination in 2026, while also outlining key directions and tasks for 2027.
- A representative from the PC07 Department (Hanoi Police) presented on coordinating and guiding state management regulations on fire prevention, fighting, and rescue work at the airport.
- A representative from the Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue Academy shared models and solutions to improve the effectiveness of training coordination between the Academy and Noi Bai International Airport.
In his closing remarks at the conference, Mr. Pham Tuan Anh, Deputy Director of Noi Bai International Airport, highly commended the efforts and professionalism of the on-site emergency fire response force. He also extended his deep gratitude to the functional agencies and armed forces that have always stood alongside and supported the airport in maintaining absolute security and fire safety.

The series of commemorative activities concluded successfully, laying a solid foundation for smooth, effective coordination among the forces, ready to respond to any emergency situation in the time ahead.
