HANOI, NOVEMBER 5, 2025 – Noi Bai International Airport (NIA) is deeply honored to receive back-to-back letters of appreciation from two international travelers, one from Korea and one from Japan. Remarkably, both letters express profound gratitude towards an airport employee named "Minh" for outstanding dedication and integrity.
The first story came from a Korean passenger who faced a distressing situation involving a lost passport while en route to the airport. Facing a language barrier, he sought help at the Information Center. An employee named "Minh" assisted him, not only by making contacts but by coordinating to ensure the passenger retrieved his passport at 3:30 AM, just in time for his international flight.
Shortly after, Noi Bai International Airport received a second letter from a Japanese traveler who had unfortunately lost his phone. Once again, an employee named "Minh" provided assistance, leading to the recovery of the lost item. What impressed the passenger most was that when he offered a tip as a token of gratitude, "Minh" "politely refused."
In his letter, the Japanese passenger wrote: "She's truly amazing! Because of her, I'll definitely use Noi Bai Airport again when I visit Vietnam next time."
Whether "Minh" is one individual or several, these exemplary actions are a living testament to the service culture of the "Noi Bai People." This Dedication that transcends time (providing support at 3:30 AM) and Integrity (refusing a tip) not only solve passengers' problems but also leave a lasting, positive impression of Vietnamese hospitality and kindness.
Noi Bai International Airport extends its commendation to the employee(s) named "Minh" and the entire airport staff who strive daily to provide the best travel experience. We also sincerely thank our passengers for their feedback. Every word of praise is invaluable recognition, motivating us to continuously enhance our service quality.
