To facilitate convenient transit for passengers between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, Noi Bai International Airport provides free electric bus service for connecting passengers with the following information:

Service hours: From 05:00 to 01:00 the next day.

Service frequency:

+ 10-minute frequency:  services are increased to the maximum frequency during peak hours (from 12:50 PM to 4:10 PM and 9:00 PM to 10:45 PM) to ensure passengers are cleared quickly and efficiently.

+ 15-20 minute frequency: services operate regularly throughout the daytime and early evening (such as 5:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM)

+ 30-minute frequency: overnight services are maintained for late-night departures from 11:15 PM t :30 AM the following day.

Bus 1: From 05:00 to 23:00; Bus 2: From 07:00 to 01:15 the next morning.

Passenger pickup locations:

Terminal 1: Level 1 (Hall A).

Terminal 2: Level 1 (Lane 2, Columns 11, 12).
