To proactively identify safety hazards at airports and comply with the Safety Management System (SMS) requirements approved by the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam in accordance with the Airport Operations Manual, the Airports Corporation of Vietnam - JSC (ACV) encourages all units, departments, and employees working at airports to actively identify and report potential safety hazards. This collective effort aims to build, maintain, and foster a safe and efficient working environment.
All voluntary safety reports are handled through a dedicated process to ensure confidentiality and protection. No punitive actions are applied in this reporting process. Information from voluntary reports serves as a critical foundation for ACV to analyze hazards, assess safety risks, and determine appropriate control measures to protect individuals, assets, aircraft, vehicles, and equipment of all entities operating at airports.

To submit a voluntary safety report, units, departments, and employees can use any of the following methods:
